Located at Westpoint Arena Exeter, Devon County Show is one of the biggest agricultural events in Devon. This is around a 1 hour and 30-minute drive from the resort and is the definition of the perfect family day out.
With a vast variety of local food, drink stalls, arts and crafts, livestock, fairground rides and activities for all the family, this show really does have something for everyone and will give visitors to the County an opportunity to find out what we’re all about and sample some truly unique local delights.
Pigstock Festival is known to be North Devon’s friendliest festival. This is a 40-minute drive from the resort following the A39 out of Barnstaple towards the Big Sheep.
Enjoy this big family day out that is suitable for all ages with entertainment for the kids all day! With an amazing line up of live music acts for this year including the legendary band Reef & also the beloved Electro-Dub-Reggae collective Dreadzone as well as Laid Blak headlining the festival.
Local Ciders & food available at the Food Village. BMX stunts show and they also offer free festival parking & camping is available!
Crazy about cars? Are Vintage and Classic cars your thing? If so, this is the event for you. Located in Lynmouth this is around a 46-minute drive from our resort.
The festival is run by a group of passionate volunteers who donate all the proceeds raised from the event to charity. Look out for a wide range of Classic Cars, Super Cars, Vintage Cars, Motorcycles and while you are there, why not check out the Lynton & Lynmouth Cliff Railway, which with its rich history and jaw-dropping visuals must be seen to be believed!
Join us down in Croyde for one of the most popular events in North Devon. This is just a short 15-minute walk from the resort, over the beach. This family friendly festival never fails to excite us with a fabulous line up to date with some exceptional acts including James Bay, Example, Circa Waves & Charlie Hedges from BBC Radio 1.

If you are a country music fan and looking for a spectacular day out with unforgettable music, and the best local drinks then head to the Cider & Real Ale Music Festival me lovers!
With a special appearance from local Somerset band The Wurzels we can cheers to the day you won’t want to miss out on! Festival camping is also available!
‘In aid of the mission to seafarers’ is the Clovelly Maritime festival.
This is a 1-hour drive from the resort and is a full day filled with activities & entertainment. There is a Yacht Rally starting at 12pm, face painting and arts & crafts to involve all ages including some local food & drink. You can also marvel at the quaint, hilly village itself which is unique and features stunning views. It truly needs to be seen to be believed.
Free entry to under-16s who arrive in maritime themed costumes.
Organised by the agricultural society, this North Devon event is a traditional one-day show celebrating the rural, agricultural, and equestrian heritage that this area of the County has to offer. All are welcome to get involved and check out the livestock, family activities, local produce, and trade stands, there’s so much to see and do!
