REFUND POLICY: We have a full no quibble COVID refund policy for any holidays that we cancel and that refund is usually processed within 3 days. We are able to offer a refund on holidays that are cancelled due to local lockdown mandates meaning you cannot leave your home or if you are forced to self isolate due to government instructions, if evidence is provided.

Please note that we will be opening with new Cleaning and Health and Safety procedures in place. The Restaurants and Bar will operate under strict Health & Safety restrictions. When booking please assume that all other internal facilities may not be available, but we have added more external self organised activity areas such as quick cricket, rounders, foosball, table tennis and corn hole.
Swimming pool sessions are now bookable in 30 minute slots and we ask you to come prepared in your swimming costume and shower afterwards in your accommodation.
Sessions are for 30 minutes and are bookable up to 36 hours in advance.
You will be sharing the pool with up to 2 other families and we ask that you maintain social distancing at all times.
As our pool is treated with chlorine this is considered a safe environment to swim in.
Please arrive and exit on time to ensure that you and other guests have as much time as possible in the water.
Sorry no spectators are allowed.
After each session attendants carry out sanitising procedures in touch areas which are not chlorine washed.
Sauna, steam room and spa bath remain closed at this time.
We will send you a link to book sessions once we receive your balance or 48 hours before arrival whichever is later.
The Gym is available for 45 minute sessions bookable up to 36 hours in advance.
We can accommodate up to 4 people from 2 different households at a time.

We are not able to offer an Entertainment programme during 2020. It is unlikely we will run an Entertainment programme in 2021, we will monitor this on an ongoing basis and update here.
We offer a large number of self organised outdoor activities.
For the October Half term break 24th to 30th October subject to government restrictions and our own risk assessments we intend to open the funzone daily from 9-6 for pre booked 45 minute sessions.
In here you will find table foosball* , pool table*, cornhole, giant jenga , table tennis, giant connect 4, shuffleboard, Playstation.
After each session attendants carry out sanitising procedures.
Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult

RESTAURANT & BAR
The restaurant will be open for table service from 8 for breakfast and snacks until 1.30p.m and 5 until 9 for dinner. We also offer takeaway / delivery service. The bar is open 11-1.30 and 5-10.
One way system in place.
Ordering of food is via a QR code which we will send you in advance of your stay. Please pre book a table by the app to ensure that we can accommodate you ( walk-ins are permitted but we cannot guarantee that we will always be able to serve you and so strongly suggest pre booking).
T’s & C’s – *2021 holidays booked before December 23rd 2020 will pay 2020 tariff prices with a regular VAT rate of 20% compared to this year’s 5% rate.
